Anyone else love living in Stiles?

Random thought, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $95,472, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $236,400, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've lived in Downtown for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- The public transit scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Definitely worth checking out..
