Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $594/month for a decent place. With a population of 3,740, Stilwell is a small town. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
