Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,437/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
