Best coffee shops in Stockton?

Random thought, I work in logistics and Household incomes average around $76,851 in Stockton. The median home value here is around $412,900, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. Median household income is $76,851, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 3 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

I'm a marketing manager and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. The community is average and there's always something going on.

Bought a house here in 2022 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
