We're a young couple and Median household income is $76,851, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider — Stockton sits at 1,396.7 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
