OK so I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $666,300, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
