First post here. I've been here for 9 years and Rent is about $2,761/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Stone Ridge sits at 49.9 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
