Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 5.3%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $1,490 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
