Life in Stonecrest as a young professional

Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,490/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
