Moving from Baltimore to Stonecrest next month

Random thought, I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $62,939 in Stonecrest. It's a a smaller city city with about 59,917 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Stonecrest sits at 3,154.7 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Bought a house here in 2021 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
