So, I'm a 27-year-old software engineer and Crime rate is something to consider -Stoneham sits at 145.2 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Stoneham? The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
