First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $112,635 in Stoneham. The median home value here is around $629,000, which is pretty steep. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
