Is Stoneham good for remote workers?

Been meaning to ask this. Been living here since 2020. Homes are going for about $629,000 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Stoneham sits at 145.2 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
