Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 22,986 people. You can expect to pay around $1,878 for rent here. Rent is about $1,878/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
