Considering Stony Brook vs Cincinnati -help me decide

Hey, The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,643 for rent here. Household incomes average around $162,054 in Stony Brook. The median home value here is around $587,300, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,643/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Came here for family and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The community vibe is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
