Housing in Stony Prairie compared to Seattle

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $46,379, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $960/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
