Pros and cons of Storrs after 15 years

Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $33,125, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I'm a nurse and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is improving and there's always something going on.
