OK so Crime rate is something to consider -Stratford sits at 144.4 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,172 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
