Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $180,000 on average. It's a a small town city with about 2,531 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
