Streetsboro quality of life -am I missing something?

Just moved here 8 months ago and Household incomes average around $82,273 in Streetsboro. The median home value here is around $197,000, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 17,514 people. Rent is about $1,372/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Close to nature
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Sprawl everywhere
- Not very walkable
Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
