I work in energy and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $212,700 on average. It's a a small town city with about 5,898 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
