Rent in Stuart getting crazy

Alright, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 18,058 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Stuart sits at 322.7 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much reasonable but now it's excellent.
