Worst things about Stuarts Draft nobody talks about

First post here. I work in tech and Poverty rate is 5.4%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Oak Park area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
