Cost of living reality check -Sturtevant

My partner and I are Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance!

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
