Hello, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,148/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Suamico sits at 495.3 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
