Been meaning to ask this. Been living here since 2016. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 9,866 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
