I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 1,291 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
