Honest thoughts on life in Suffolk

Curious what people think. Been living here since 2017. Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,484/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $329,600, which seems about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
