OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,484/month for a decent place. Median household income is $90,089, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation?
