Should I move to Sugar Grove or stay in Pittsburgh?

We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Been meaning to ask this. Rent is about $1,608/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up.
