Best coffee shops in Sugar Hill?

So, I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 25,285, Sugar Hill is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,738/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $99,479 in Sugar Hill. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Sunset area are decent. Kids love it here.
