First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -Sugar Hill sits at 92.8 per 100K. Median household income is $99,479, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
