Career opportunities in Sugar Land, TX

Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Sugar Land sits at 116.4 per 100K. With a population of 110K, Sugar Land is a mid-size city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Midtown. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Asian.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
