Hey everyone, Military spouse here. It's a a mid-size city city with about 110K people. Homes are going for about $406,600 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,939 for rent here. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
