Should I move to Sugar Land or stay in Dallas?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $137,511, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,939/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $406,600, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.
