Internet providers in Sugarcreek?

Hi all, With a population of 4,745, Sugarcreek is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
