Things that make Sugarland Run unique

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
