Curious what people think. Been living here since 2020. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $1,200/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,200 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Sugarmill Woods? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
