Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 24,667 people. With a population of 24,667, Suitland is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,684 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
