Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 8 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 6,355 people. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
