Healthcare options in Sullivan?
OK so Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've lived in Midtown for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Close to major attractions
- The community vibe scene is decent
The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Dating scene is rough
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is decent in most areas.
