Unpopular opinion about Sulphur Springs

Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Moved here from Pittsburgh about 5 years ago. I genuinely enjoy living here. Still getting used to walkability but Hope this helps!.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..
