Alright, I work in real estate and Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $86,500 in Sumas. With a population of 1,384, Sumas is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Appreciate any input.
