Sumas quality of life -am I missing something?

Alright, I work in real estate and Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $86,500 in Sumas. With a population of 1,384, Sumas is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Moved here from Tampa about 2 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but Definitely worth checking out..
