OK so Been living here since 2008. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Summerdale sits at 829.0 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,038 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
