Best and worst neighborhoods in Summit

Hey everyone, Just moved here 14 months ago and The median home value here is around $151,000, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 15.3%, which is concerning. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is decent in most areas.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.
