Most overrated things about Summit

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 10,896 people. The median home value here is around $224,800, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $60,417, which feels about average for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
