Anyone else love living in Summit?

Hi all, Is this normal for Summit? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Used to live on the West side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
