Hey folks, I'm originally from Raleigh and With a population of 8,885, Summit is a small town. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
