Best neighborhoods to rent in Sumner?

Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 10,674 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Italian places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Came here for work and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The healthcare is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
