Best neighborhoods to rent in Sumner?

Curious what people think. You can expect to pay around $1,886 for rent here. Median household income is $98,376, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,886/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
